Besan Patisa brings a classic South Asian dessert to your table with softness, warmth, and rich flavor. We prepare our Besan Patisa with fresh besan and pure ghee. The process starts with slow roasting. As the besan warms, it releases a deep nutty aroma. The entire space fills with a rich smell that instantly feels comforting. We continue roasting until the color turns golden and the texture becomes silky. Then we add ghee, which brings both richness and softness.<\/p>\n

Next, we mix sugar in a balanced amount. The sweetness stays gentle, so every bite tastes smooth and pleasant. The mixture forms naturally into a soft, flaky texture. We fold it carefully and cut it into neat pieces. Each piece holds its shape yet melts instantly when you taste it.<\/p>\n
